Legal Aid Services
The Consortium offers mediation services that are free if clients qualify for legal aid. Specifically:

Otherwise, the MIAM costs £108 per person (including VAT) for online sessions.
- If legal aid does not apply, mediation sessions are offered on a sliding fee scale, ranging from £140 to £200 per person (plus VAT).
- A voucher scheme for sessions relating to child arrangements may provide up to £500 inclusive of VAT (£250 per person) to contribute towards mediation session fees (excluding MIAM, outcome reports, or agreed proposals). This voucher can be applied only once.
